Item #4: Embossed Art Print. It reads: “We are the books we read and the things we love.” I’d say probably true. There’s something in us that draws us to certain books.
Item #5: Words on Bathroom Walls by Julia Walton. It is signed. Rated 4.2 out of 5 stars on GoodReads. Adam has been diagnosed with schizophrenia and sees people that aren’t there. Such as Rebecca, the Mob Boss, and Jason. He starts a new school with a new drug trial that helps him get rid of his visions. Adam meets Mia and things are going swimmingly, until the drug starts to fail him. Now what will he do? This sounds like it will be an emotional book, especially as Adam is quite young to have schizophrenia. It mainly affects those that are in their mid twenties. I imagine we will both dealt with high school and mental illness traumas and situations in this novel. I can’t wait to read it and see how the author went about writing schizophrenia in!
