I was excited to get to this last book in the series! Coneely has been setting us up with mystery and plot points from the beginning to get to here. And I gotta say while I loved the build up the Release wasn’t as good as I thought it would be. I’d love more of an epicish battle in future works. The novel became kind of a 4/5 bordering on a 3.5 due to the less action that I feel it deserved.

Jeff is good as usual. As usual I don’t like the girl voices he does that much. And I think it would benefit from dual POV but I’ve been told later books have that dual POV so I’m looking forward to it! I do like his performance in general though so the audio is a 4/5.
