Hey Guys! I have here OwlCrate Juniors January box! This months theme is Sugar & Spice 🙂 (and everything nice)
Item #1: Apron! It’s an owl with a chef hat. It’s so cute!! It should be super adorable to use so I don’t get flour all over myself when baking.
Item #2: Rolling pin: Very useful for dough! I don’t currently own one, so this takes the effort out of me having to go and buy one.
Item #3: Sugar Skull Cookie Cutter: I’m not entirely sure how it will work with the pattern side. But it looks very fun and I’m excited to try making some sugar skull cookies!
Item #4: Rainbow sprinkles: They always make treats so much more fun than they are to begin with.
Item #5: Macaron Erasers: Vanilla scented, delicious looking, and super cute. I don’t even want to use them!!
Item #6: Stickers: In the shapes of sweets and super cute with their big eyes! I’m excited to decorate with them.
Items # 7-10: Love, Sugar, Magic: A Dash of Trouble by Anna Meriano, signed book plate, letter, and a recipe for the Bread of the Dead! Rated 4.5/5 stars on GoodReads. Leonora Logrono’s family owns a bakery and is excited about the upcoming Dia de los Muertos festival. She wants to help her family out, but they don’t want her around. She sneaks out of school to find that her older sisters, mother, and aunt are brujas who have been putting magic into their baked goods! She knows she has magic in her and when her friend Caroline is in a sticky situation Leo decides to help out. What could go wrong? I am super excited about this! It looks cute and sounds even more so. Plus I love magic and kids mixed together. I’ve been loving my past OwlCrate Jr box books and I hope this is no exception!
