Hey Guys! It’s Literary Vacation Club June! Destination Russia 🙂 As always we go through the 5 senses in this box.

Item #1: The Bronze Horseman by Paullina Simons. Rated 4.34 out of 5 stars on GoodReads. This takes place in 1941 in Leningrad. The Metanov family is struggling, and as German forces advance their future looks bleak. Tatiana falls in love with Alexander who has a secret. Sounds really interesting and hard to read. It may be a tearjerker.

Item #2: To See- Russian Icon Postcards. Really cool colors!

Item #3: To Hear- Russian Playlist on Spotify.

Item #4: To Taste- Sunflower Seeds and Chamomile Tea. Apparently many people in Russia eat them and roast their own seeds to keep around the house. The chamomile flower is also the national flower of Russia. This is a great relaxer and healer, so I can’t wait to drink it on a cool day.

Item #5: To Smell- Russian Flower Candle by Ruby Wolf Co. Smells like Russia!

Item #6: To Touch- Russian Nesting Dolls. They are so adorable and beautiful! I love them already 🙂

Item #7: Crocheted Bear Mug Cozy. They are handmade and good for keeping the drink warm, but hands cool.

Item #8: Crocheted Book Jewelry Bookmark.

Item #9: Russian Nesting Doll Style Bookmarks. Good for keeping the corners marked, but not bending the pages!

Item #10: Passport. Each month I’ll get a new stamp to add to the passport. What a lovely idea!!
