Items #9-12. Given to the Sea by Mind McGinnis. Signed bookplate. Letter from the author. Questions asked to the author. Rated 3.54 stars out of 5 on GoodReads. Khosa was born to be sacrificed to the sea to save the kingdom of Stille, but she can’t be sacrificed until she has an heir. Human touch repulses her except for that of the Indiri. Dara and Donil are the last of the Indiri, a native race that has magic. They started dwindling when the Pietra attacked their people. Witt leads the Pietra against the kingdom of Stille. To ensure his people’s survival he will conquer every bit of Stille he can. Vincent is in line to inherit the throne of Stille. When Khosa arrives without an heir he knows his father will stop at nothing until she fulfills her duty. He must choose between his kingdom and the girl. Sounds like this could be either really confusing or really awesome. Let’s hope it’s the latter!
